We’re thrilled to bring you episode 52 of our No Guitar Is Safe podcast, starring comedian, actor, author, fellow podcaster and guitarist, Marc Maron.

For over twenty years, Maron has been writing and performing raw, honest and thought-provoking comedy. In September 2009, he changed the podcast landscape when he started WTF with Marc Maron, fematuring revelatory conversations with iconic personalities such as Conan O’Brien, Terry Gross, Robin Williams, Keith Richards, Ben Stiller, Lorne Michaels and President Barack Obama. And it’s been a worldwide phenomenon ever since.

While known for his comedy and podcasting—Maron is also an avid guitarist and music fan—and that’s obvious in this guitar-filled episode of NGIS.

Highlights include blues jams with NGIS host Jude Gold, plus discussions on Chuck Berry, Billy Butler, Keith Richards and the Stones, AC/DC and more. Gold even convinces Maron to sing some blues and Jimmy Reed songs.

Take a listen below, and enjoy.
