
Chinese handset manufacturer OnePlus has finally revealed that its upcoming OnePlus 5T, which is expected to be an 'all-screen' successor of the OnePlus 5, will launch on November 16 at an event in New York City. The company has also confirmed that the OnePlus 5T[1] will go on sale in India and other regions from November 21. OnePlus had earlier confirmed that the handset will be announced at an event in New York[2].
For excited buyers, the Chinese company has also confirmed[3] that the OnePlus 5T will on sale starting November 21 in North America and Europe. In China, the handset will be made available on December 1. The company says early birds in India will be available through a flash sale on November 21 while regular sales will start from November 28.
The company has also confirmed that the launch event will be live streamed[4] and interested users can follow the company's dedicated page for updates on the OnePlus 5T. The Chinese company also talked about its Open Beta program which was kicked started in August last year. OnePlus says over 15,000 users contributed to this program by sharing bug reports, suggesting new features, and more. The company is marketing the November 16 launch event of the OnePlus 5T as "A New View" event.
OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has already tipped pricing details of the upcoming OnePlus 5T which is likely to remain under CNY 4,000 (approximately Rs. 39,000).
